• How quickly can I expect to see results?
  Most requests are delivered within 1–3 working days. More complex tasks (like websites or animations) may take a bit longer, but we always keep you updated every 48 hours
• Is it really unlimited? What’s the catch?
  There’s no catch — once you subscribe, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you’d like. We’ll work through them one at a time.
• What happens right after I subscribe?
  As soon as you subscribe, you’ll be invited to your own Trello board within the hour.
  

  That’s where everything happens—from submitting requests to tracking progress. You’ll also receive a quick walkthrough on how to use the board. Just drop your first request in, add any notes or references, and we’ll get started right away. It’s fast, simple, and built to keep things moving.
• How do I actually submit a task or idea?
  Once you subscribe, you’ll get access to your own Trello board.

  To request a task, just drop it into the “Backlog” column—along with any notes, examples, explanation videos or files that will help bring your idea to life. From logos to landing pages, just describe what you need and we’ll take care of the rest.
• What if I’m not happy with the result?
  Why worry? You get unlimited revisions until you’re 100% satisfied.
• Can I just do a single project without a subscription?
  Of course you can, while our subscription is perfect for ongoing design needs, we also provide one-time design sprints for larger projects like branding, web design, or Webflow development.

• Can I really request as much as I want?
  Absolutely. Add as many tasks as you’d like to your board—we’ll tackle them one at a time.
• How does the pause feature work?
  Need a break? Pause anytime. You won’t be billed again until you resume, and we’ll pick up exactly where we left off. We understand—sometimes you only need a few designs, not a full month’s worth. That’s where pausing your subscription is useful.

  Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. So let’s say you sign up and use 11 days, then decide to pause. That means you’ll have 20 days of unused time saved, ready to be used whenever you come back.
• What if I have a big project or multiple pages?
  No problem. We’ll break it down into phases and tackle each part step by step to keep things smooth and manageable.

  Larger requests—like full websites or UI/UX design—are split on our end. You can expect consistent progress every 24–48 hours until the full request is complete.
• Will you build the site too, or just design it?
  We do both. Web design + Webflow development are included as standard in both packages and development is handled exactly like a design request
• Is it still worth subscribing if I only need one thing?
  You’re welcome to subscribe for a single month and cancel after—no hard feelings. If you finish early, you can pause your subscription and return when you have more design needs. That way, your remaining time doesn’t go to waste.
• What if I change my mind—do you offer refunds?
  We offer a 60% refund within the first 7 days—no questions asked. However, refunds do not apply to any work that has already been completed.
• Am I locked in, or can I cancel anytime?
  You’re never locked in. Pause or cancel anytime—no contracts, no pressure.
• Why should I use Advertigo over an agency or a freelancer?
